we’re investors, with over 20 years of experience in purchasing, renovating and managing properties throughout the city. We carefully discuss the pros and cons of available property options with prospective buyers so that our clients are comfortable that they have selected the right home or investment.
We walk our clients through the decision to purchase a home or investment property with a sense of discovery and adventure. We explore neighborhoods with our clients, showing them the hidden treasures known only to long time Chicagoans. We have witnessed and participated in changes that have taken place in neighborhoods such as Wicker Park, Bucktown, Humboldt Park, Logan Square, Albany Park, East Garfield Park and Little Village. We constantly explore the city and comb it for new emerging areas. We develop long-term relationships with our clients and assist them in making sound investments. We work with a team of excellent tradespeople and artisans who have extensive experience in restoring and renovating homes.
We understand that securing the right property for our clients often requires swift action. We constantly research new listings, making sure to update our clients with properties that fit their parameters to minimize the chance for missed opportunities.
Our clients wishing to sell their properties benefit from our staging and design advice, which allows their listings to stand out in the crowd. We carefully analyze the market in order to price their property competitively and avoid lengthy “on the market” periods.
